- Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number inside the package.
4. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements for items that:

- Are incorrect or incomplete due to a mistake on our end.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect item for verification.
- Once verified, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
- Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or is missing parts, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
7. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.
8. Exchanging Items
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same process as initiating a return.
- Once we receive the original item, we will process your exchange.
